1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, personal use, or clearance status (these will be clearly indicated on product pages).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Items damaged through misuse or accidents

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.kitchura@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification approving or rejecting your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Exchanges

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
